Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://jcsmobileheadlightrestoration.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, JC's Mobile Headlight Restoration markets and arranges Oxidized Headlight Repair, Cloudy Headlight Repair, Yellow Headlight Restoration, Foggy Headlight Restoration, Headlight Restoration. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to JC's Mobile Headlight Restoration and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. JC's Mobile Headlight Restoration does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of JC's Mobile Headlight Restoration arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JC's Mobile Headlight Restoration from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Updates. JC's Mobile Headlight Restoration reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
